Heat-shrinkable film

Heat-shrinkable films are used primarily for collective packaging of goods, as the film shrinks lengthwise and widthwise around the product under the influence of heat in thermotunnels, thus protecting it from external influences and making it suitable for transporting and storing.

They are produced from low-density polyethylene in mono or co-extruded variants, whereby in the co-extruded variant, films with reduced thickness and satisfactory load-bearing capacity can be obtained, thus making savings in material per packaging unit.

Areas of application of heat shrink films: group packaging of beverages (water, juices, beer, milk...) in PET, glass, metal or multi-layer packaging; food industry (collective packaging of food products in PET, glass, metal or multilayer packaging); wood industry (briquettes, parquets, laminates...); paper industry (individual and collective packaging of magazines, newspapers, leaflets...); chemical industry (detergents in plastic packaging...).

Film for lamination

They are produced from low-density polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) in the process of monoextrusion or co-extrusion, while films of high weldability and strength as well as optimal sliding and optical properties are obtained by combining different polyethylene materials in layers.

Polyethylene films for lamination are used for the production of multi-layer barrier packaging (duplex, triplex...) in the lamination process with other types of films such as: polypropylene films, PET films, polyamide films, EVOH films, aluminum films, paper ... which is widely used, especially in the food, chemical and cosmetic industries.

Foils for automatic packaging

They are produced from low-density polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE) and medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) or by their combination in the co-extrusion process, producing films with optimal properties, which in addition to high quality packaging (which preserves the quality of the packaged product), also provide a large speed of packing, significantly increasing the productivity of automatic packing machines for the end user.

Films for automatic packaging have a wide range of applications in various branches of industry, especially for the packaging of granular and powdery materials: food industry (salt, sugar, seeds, animal feed...), hygiene products (toilet paper, paper tissues, towels...), chemical industry industry (powders), petrochemical industry (granules), wood industry (pellets), metal industry (screws).

Foil for construction

A type of film usually used for covering and water protection, UV radiation, humidity and dust.

Each of these foils has its own unique features, and accordingly they differ in material, thickness, and color. Of course, we make all the specifications in agreement with the customers.

Films for agriculture

We offer several models of these foils, depending on the needs and requirements of customers.

The basic types are foils used to cover greenhouses, and those used to cover fields with plantings, thus protecting plant crops from negative external effects.

Polypropylene film

We offer a type of BOPP film, which forms part of our trade program and for which we provide additional printing services.

We offer several thicknesses (20my, 25my, 30my and 40my) in widths according to the customer's wishes.

Stretch film

Part of our trade program that we also offer to our customers. We offer manual stretch with a weight of 5 kg and machine stretch with a weight of 16 kg, the thickness is 23 microns.
